The installation uses one of Southwest Greens’ newest turf developments: GB114 Supergrass 72 (color 306 — Fresh Green Blend), finished with Green Thute Thatch. The combination was chosen to produce depth and a natural appearance while offering a soft.
Work on site included precise cutting and seaming to match the pool contours, attention to drainage where splash and runoff are expected, and a finished edge that keeps the turf tidy. This delivers a consistent visual finish that resists staining and eliminates the need for irrigation, mowing, or seasonal reseeding.
The scope included turf installations for multiple spots across the property, creating a unified, clean look. Turf was carefully cut and fitted around walkways, pavers, and planting edges for sharp lines and a professional finish. The crisp seams and natural thatch base give the appearance of a mature, established lawn that will stay beautiful for years.
Notice the tight fit around the square pavers and the crisp edge where the turf meets rock beds and concrete. Seams were matched to hardscape lines so the joins are invisible. The thatch layer creates subtle depth at the base of the blade, which helps the turf look like an established lawn instead of a flat mat.
